BREEAM & Code for Sustainable Homes

Wild Frontier Ecology team members are able to act as “Suitably Qualified Ecologists” as defined by Code for Sustainable Homes and BREEAM guidance. We have extensive experience of using CSH and BREEAM guidance to undertake assessments on housing, school, hospital, retail and office developments throughout the East of England and London. We have the knowledge and experience to integrate appropriate ecological mitigation and enhancements into a development, which will not only improve the ecology of the site but will also gain credits under the CSH and BREEAM assessments.

We can provide expert advice on  the ‘Land Use and Ecology’ section of BREEAM and the ‘Ecology’ section of the Code for Sustainable Homes, both of which have scope for flexibility and innovation.
