We have expertise with all birds including Schedule 1 species, and have experience surveying all habitats encountered in the UK, from lowland arable land in Norfolk to Scottish mountains and moorland.

  • 12 month study of bird movements at a wind farm in Cambridgeshire, including scoping and consultations, Vantage Point and Common Birds Census surveys, production of ornithological assessment, design of habitat management and enhancement plan, and advice regarding Habitats Regulations at appeal.
  • Ornithological assessment of A14 road scheme in Cambridgeshire, including extensive breeding and winter bird surveys and nocturnal surveys.
  • Survey and assessment of heathland habitat in Breckland with regard to breeding stone curlews, commissioned by the RSPB and Natural England.
