We are seeking a graduate ecologist to assist with our work. The ideal candidate will be a graduate with a suitable degree. Some demonstrable ornithological expertise will be essential. Technical report writing and general ecological survey experience will be an advantage. Also of importance will be the ability to work flexibly as part of a team, and good personal organisation. Candidates will have some knowledge of UK legislation and guidance for protected species and habitats, and will be able to demonstrate enthusiasm and commitment.
A full driving licence will be required, and having your own transport to and from the office will be necessary due to the rural office location. Physical fitness will be an important consideration.
Salary will be £17K pro rata. Employment period will be until March 2018 with probable extension, starting as soon as possible. The post will be based in Norfolk.
