As the survey season draws to a close for another year we bid farewell to this season’s assistant ecologist David Hunter, and also to Thomas Shannon who has been with us for two years. Thom leaves us to start his PhD on bird genetics in Aberdeen, investigating “Species hiding in plain site”. We look forwards to hearing how he gets on.
We are delighted to announce that our other assistant ecologist Mary Goddard will be remaining with us through 2018.
Interviews for Thom’s replacement will be taking place in early November.
